1. Identity and address of the data controller

Code Rebels S.A.S. de C.V. (“Code Rebels”), located at Parroquia 830, Col. Del Valle Sur, Benito Juárez, 03104, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

This notice applies to the website coderebels.com.mx and to the contact channels offered on it: contact form, WhatsApp, call scheduling through Google Calendar, and email.

2. Personal data we collect

• Contact form: full name, email, company, service of interest, and your project description.
• WhatsApp: phone number, profile name, and the content of the messages you send us.
• Google Calendar scheduling: name, email, appointment date and time, and any information you share when booking.
• Email: your email address and the information included in your messages.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and pages visited, automatically logged by the server.

We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your project description or messages.

3. Primary purposes

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:

• Respond to and follow up on your request for information or a quote.
• Schedule and hold calls or meetings.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Where applicable, enter into and perform the services agreement.
• Keep the website secure and running.

4. Secondary purposes

We may also use your data for the following purposes, which are not necessary to handle your request:

• Send you information about our services, case studies, and blog content.
• Invite you to answer satisfaction surveys.

How to opt out: if you do not want us to process your data for these purposes, email info@coderebels.com.mx with the subject “Opt-out of secondary purposes”, stating your name and email. You may do so at any time. Opting out will not affect how we handle your request or any services you hire from us.

5. ARCO rights

• Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of whoever acts on your behalf.

• Any other information that helps us locate your data.
• For rectification requests, the changes to be made and supporting documentation.

We will respond within 20 business days of receiving your request. If the request is granted, it will take effect within the following 15 business days.

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent authority.

6. Transfers and service providers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as provided by law, such as complying with a request from a competent authority.

To run the website and handle your request, we rely on providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions: the email delivery service that sends contact form messages (Brevo), Google (Google Calendar and Google Fonts), WhatsApp, and our hosting provider. Each has its own privacy policy.

Los Rebels (losrebels.mx) is a brand of the same legal entity, Code Rebels S.A.S. de C.V. Sharing information between both brands is not a transfer.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use its own tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

• When the site loads, your browser connects to Google Fonts to fetch typefaces, which lets Google receive technical data such as your IP address.
• The client portals reached from the “Login” section use technical session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Links to WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and social networks take you to third-party services that may use their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the client portals may not work properly.

We may update this privacy notice to reflect legal changes or changes to our services or practices. Any change will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
